Lockdown got you feeling lazy? Us too! It can be hard to get yourself motivated and your fitness levels back up after we’ve been used to being stuck indoors watching Netflix.
Regular exercise helps boost your immune system; as we are approaching the colder months now is the time to be increasing your vitamin C and upping your fitness.
We’ve created a Community Group over on Fitbit to help nannies be motivated to reach their fitness goals, and have support from our awesome community.
I have a Fitbit account and a Fitbit
Great! All you need to do is add us as a friend using the email option fitbit@nalonannies.co.uk on your Fitbit account.
We will then accept you and add you to the group.
Alternatively, if you’re already a Fitbit friend with someone in The Nanny Lounge, you can ask them to add you instead.
I don’t have a Fitbit, Can I still Join?
Yes! You can use Fitbit MobileTrack. All you need is a Fitbit compatible phone. You can check out which devices are compatible here.
Once you’ve checked your device is compatible you can download the Fitbit app from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Microsoft Store, and tap ‘Join Fitbit’.
When asked which tracker you’re setting up, choose ‘Just the app’ and follow the MobileTrack instructions.
This way the app uses your phone sensors to track your steps.
